This is the third version of the ETS newsletter that was developed by SQ Consult in the scope of RIPAP - Regional Implementation of Paris Agreement Project. RIPAP is a project funded by the European Commission to support beneficiary countries in the Western Balkans and Turkey with the implementation of the Paris Agreement. The project is implemented by a consortium of Human Dynamics (lead), REC, Klimapolitika, Aether and SQ Consult.
