Climate
The project deals with analysis of the Article 21 country reports of reporting years 2017 and 2018. Reported data is analysed for completeness and data quality. Where needed, Member States are requested to correct data. Final deliverable of work is a technical report for each reporting year and all data analysed, including recommendations for improvement of the process of Article 21 reporting. In addition the team supports the Commission in drafting the Carbon Market Reports relating to those years.
