This evaluation led by Economisti Associati in cooperation with SQ Consult assessed the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, added value and impacts of all EU International Cooperation in the field of Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP) in the framework of Green Economy Development.
The overall objective of this summative and formative evaluation was the identification of lessons learned and best practices for improving current cooperation programmes and for assisting and informing the design of future ones. The evaluation focused mainly on the SWITCH Asia, SWITCH Africa, SWITCH Med and 10 YFP programmes.
