The aim of the handbook is to support the design of project or programme proposals in the right way to meet investment criteria; and guide applicants to provide the required information concisely and in sufficient detail and quality. The work included the preparation of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and answers for GCF guidelines for funding proposals.
