SQ Consult is developing a methodology to monitor planning, public procurement and innovation measures aimed at CO2 reduction from material use and construction, in view of the 2030 climate neutral goal that Rijkswaterstaat has set for construction and maintenance of highways and water infrastructure.
This project is part of the ambition of Rijkswaterstaat to become certified for the CO2 Performance Ladder, which includes developing (and monitoring) a strategy for reduction of scope 3 emissions, as defined in the GHG Protocol.
