Position paper additional climate policy in the Netherlands

This position paper was developed for Energie-Nederland, the branche organisation of energy companies in the Netherlands. The paper provides an assessment of several options to strengthen the Dutch climate policy. The options explored among others includes a floor price on CO2, cancellation of AAUs by the Dutch government, introduction of a CO2 performance standard and setting up a national fund for low-carbon innovations.
