This project provided longer term support to SKAO to develop and update the 'reduction measures list'. The CO2 Performance Ladder (CO2-Prestatieladder) is a certification scheme for CO2 management which is used in public procurement tenders. The scheme is managed by SKAO (Foundation for Climate Friendly Procurement and Business.
Part of the scheme is a list with reduction measures that certified organisations fill out to indicate the measures that are being implemented. At the same time, the list functions as a monitoring tool. SQ Consult has developed the list, carries out annual updates to review existing measures and add new ones, and provides annual reports on the implementation of measures across the participating organisations.
