Vincent enjoys working as an interface between government and business, making use of his technical background, economical insight, ability to analyze complex issues and knowledge of sustainability and climate change policy.
Vincent has worked for the Dutch government (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Inclusive Green Growth Department, Climate Unit),which has provided him with an up-to-date insight in climate finance and development cooperation policies. His work on the CO2 Performance Ladder has helped to make this a successful management tool.
Over the years, Vincent has build up and extensive track record on consultancy assignments including several evaluations and capacity building projects. He has advised a large number of national and international clients including the European Commission, national Ministries and government agencies. Projects included the evaluation of the implementation of emission trading in The Netherlands for the Ministry of Environment, and assignments for the Bulgarian government in capacity building projects to implement EU-ETS and REACH Directives.
